Exchange and Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not 100% satisfied we offer a 30 days exchange/return policy. If upon receiving your item(s) there is anything wrong, damaged or unsatisfactory you have 30 days to request an exchange or return from the date you received the shipment. Item(s) must be in original packaged condition (unused/unworn) with tags still attached. The exchange or refund is processed within 30 days of the request. If a refund is requested it will be issued via original payment method and to the original purchaser. Buyer is responsible for exchange/return shipping costs.

Custom made items such as Suits, Gloves, Undersuits, Boots, Team Shirts, T-Shirts, Jackets, Hoodies, Canopies, Feather Flags, Table Covers:

Special care and attention is given to creating your perfect riding apparel. Due to the specialty in creating custom items, custom designed items are not refundable once the final design has been agreed on and an order has been placed with our production company. If you are not completely satisfied contact us and we will strive to make it right. We take full responsibility if an error is made by us and we will repair the item and if item is unrepairable we will replace the item with a new one. There is NO REFUNDS on Custom items.
